The information contained in this Privacy Policy is provided pursuant to art. 13 of the EU Regulation of 27 April 2016 n. 679 (“Regulation”), as well as the Provisions issued by the Authority for the protection of personal data and Guidelines of the European authorities.

The information about the processing of user data of the application Habble For Admin (“App”) and is provided for the processing carried out by Habble S.r.l. as part of the provision of the services offered through the App. The Privacy Policy does not concern processing carried out by third parties through other sites that may be consulted by the User via links. According to these further cases, the Company assumes no responsibility since the User must refer to the individual Privacy Policies of third party sites.It should be noted that the service has obtained approval from the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies for the marketing of the service, considering it compliant with the labor regulations.

The App represents the mobile version of the Habble platform accessible via web, and therefore reproduces the same contents and a limited set of features.

1. Collected Information 

In the context of the provided service, only the following categories of User data are processed:

  • Identification data: username and password (created and authorized through the web platform of the Habble service);
  • Usage data: technical data generated by the use of the application, such as operating system and model of the devices where the application is installed; screens and features most used by Users; report of application operation problems.

 

2. Processing and Storage of Data

The data listed in the previous paragraph are collected and processed only for the following purposes.

  • Contractual and legal purposes
  • Allow you to access the App, to use it and ensure its proper functioning for the use of the service provided through it;
  • Send you service / alert communications (also in the form of push notifications) relating to the functionality of the App;
  • Carry out customer assistance and support for the use of the App;
  • Fulfill the obligations deriving from current law, regulations or community legislation, or manage and respond to requests from the competent authorities.

In the context of requests submitted by the User, further personal data may be processed, if they are provided voluntarily by the User as part of the services requested, for example in the event that the User contacts the Company to report inefficiencies or malfunctions. , exercise their rights on the processing of personal data, etc. This data will be processed by the Company solely for the purposes strictly related to the User’s request.

The processing of this data is necessary to allow the proper functioning of the App and the provision of the service, to manage your requests or to fulfill an obligation that is imposed on us by law. Both the Contractual Purposes and the Legal Purposes do not require your express consent. The provision of your personal data for these purposes is necessary and in case of refusal, we will not be able to provide you with the requested service.

Legitimate Interest Purpose

  • Improve the App, the service and the reliability that the application offers. In this context, the Analytics services of Google, Fabric and Firebase are used.   • To assert and defend the rights of the owner, also through third parties;
  • Complete a potential merger, sale of assets, sale of a company, business unit or financial transactions by communicating and transferring the data to the third party (s) involved.

The data processing described above is based on the legitimate interest of the owner and does not require consent. The User may object to the processing of data for these purposes, without prejudice to the presence of a prevailing interest of the owner, such as the defense of his rights.

The data processed for contractual and legal purposes are kept for a period equal to the duration of the provision of the requested service and for the following 10 years (period in which the prescription for any contractual liability matures). The data processed for Legitimate Interest Purposes are processed for the duration of the service provision. The cases in which storage for a subsequent period is necessary for any disputes, requests from the competent authorities or in accordance with the applicable legislation are reserved.

 

3. Data processing Methods

The User’s data are processed by adopting all the appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, as well as the disclosure, modification or destruction of unauthorized data. The processing is carried out with both manual and IT and / or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logics strictly related and limited to the purposes indicated, protecting the User’s confidentiality through the application of technical and organizational security measures to guarantee an adequate security  level. In particular, it is ensured that all data sent and received by the App are encrypted through HTTPS sessions, the protected communication system that combines the HTTP protocol and the Transport Layer Security (SSL / TLS), which allows a completely safe end-to-end data exchange. The service is in fact based on existing standards aligned with security protocols (Https; Java Framework; Company Firewall; VPN with IPSec).

 

4. Communication of data to third parties

The data provided by the User as well as those collected as part of the provision of the App will not be disseminated and may be disclosed, for the purposes and methods described in this Privacy Policy, to the categories of subjects indicated below:

  • TeamSystem Group company for administrative and accounting purposes, for the pursuit of the legitimate interests of the owner and / or third parties, and for the purpose of the services expressly requested by the User;
  • companies, collaborators, consultants or freelancers that the owner uses for the performance of tasks of a technical or organizational nature (such as IT service providers), or with which the owner collaborates, for the purpose of providing and functioning of the own services, or for any communication activities;
  • persons, companies or professional firms that provide assistance and consultancy, with particular but not exclusive reference to accounting, administrative, legal, tax and financial matters;
  • subjects whose right to access data is recognized by law or by orders of the authorities.

The subjects belonging to the categories indicated above will use the data as independent data controllers or data processors.

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area to countries that are not considered adequate by the European Commission, except as indicated below.

If, for the purposes indicated, the owner needs to transfer your personal data outside the European Union, to countries not considered adequate by the European Commission (e.g. United States), the owner will take the necessary measures to protect your personal data. . We will do this in compliance with the legal guarantees, in accordance with the applicable legislation and in particular with Articles Art. 45 and Art. 46 of the GDPR.

The User may exercise, in the cases expressly provided for by law and where applicable, the rights provided for by the Regulations. In particular, the User has the right to:

  • obtain confirmation that the processing of your personal data is in progress and, in this case, ask the data controller for access to information relating to the processing itself (eg purposes, categories of data processed, recipients or categories of recipients of the data, the retention period, etc.) (right of access)
  •  request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (right of rectification);
  •  ask the data controller to delete the data (eg if the personal data are no longer necessary with respect to the purposes for which they were collected) and request the limitation of the processing (eg in the event of a dispute by the User on the accuracy of data;) (right to cancellation and limitation);
